Have you had your bloods tested? Ask your doctor to check them again. Are your iron levels low? Do you eat much red meat? It also sounds like you need to get out and exercise to increase your energy levels. Ask a friend to join you for a walk, run or yoga, whatever it is that appeals to you. That way they’ll motivate you to get up and moving. Good luck with it! I hope it improves soon. It seems such a waste to be so young and to be spending your days on the couch…
