answer:It’s considered a nice mild non-specific tonic, if you drink 1 t apple cider vinegar in 8 oz. of cold water. It certainly can’t hurt. Go easy on the vinegar; a little goes a LONG way. I drink it like this often, particularly in the hot weather. Splashing it on your skin will do no harm, also, other than leaving you smelling like a tossed salad. it is not a cure for acne or pimples however.
