Do you ever use margarine instead of butter when you bake and if so, what is your opinion of the results?

Answer :

Check the ingredients of the margarine. Compare with the butter. I never use margarine because ironically I think it is much worse for you than butter is—and the taste of butter is yummy. The taste of margarine will get into the baked food, and it won’t taste as delicious as things made with butter.
