Last Answer : Picasa won’t be able to do that for you. You’ll need a copy of either The Gimp (free alternative) or Photoshop to do something like that. Picasa is more for organizing and uploading photos, and although it does have some editing tools thrown in there, they won’t be able to do that.

My guess is because they have other functions and putting them in names of files is misleading ... URLs and such. Just like in Windows, you can't call anything con . Try it; it won't work.
