answer:I feel most medications are not necessary and we can heal ourselves through various methods. Not all but most. -One of my methods is asking my God to bathe me in white healing light and visualize that moving from my feet to my head. -I don’t take aspirin or any medications except my doctor is making me take cholesterol pills (my family is predisposed.) -I don’t use alcohol much or any hard drugs, and get my right hours of sleep every night. -Cleanliness is important to me as well as exercise.
