They will ask you questions about other symptoms you might be having which can help guide their recommendations. At the very least, I’d call the walk-in clinic and tell them that the Imitrex hasn’t helped and ask them what to do. If you are having any dizziness, confusion, numbness, lack of coordination, or changes in vision, hearing, or speech, call 911 or your emergency medical services # if you are outside of the USA.
