I live in Idaho and a former governor proposed and instigated a road project to “Connect Idaho.” It’s a project to build a roadway (freeway?) from I-84 between Nampa and Meridian north through Emmett to connect with US 95 just south of Council. This among other needed road reconstruction projects.
