As experienced as medical teams are, they aren’t always privy to an individual patient’s lifestyle. Had you said, “I can’t” or “It hurts to do that”, they may have taken a different course. Another thought: You may be suffering from an undiagnosed issue. Osteoporosis comes to mind. There are others. If the pain is consistent and isn’t waning, it may be time to contact your doctor.
