76f is freaking hot unless you work in a nursing home. Most manual switches have a little mercury type sensor when it gets to the set temp the mercury trips the switch and shuts down the heat. Are all your coworkers complaining about the heat as well? Isn’t there a supervisor you could talk to? The company will save money if it’s set around 72f and a hell of a lot more comfortable for the workers, and would up productivity as well again making the company money.
