I am not an expert on these things but it seems to me this could be done. Is this Ran hugging Conan? Take a screenshot, of this video, https://youtu.be/ubeaf0xss0Y Then go into photo editor, fix it up as you wish (add in “Case closed!”), and have it made into an iron on decal you can put on a T-shirt.
