I can’t offer a diagnosis, but I can readily tell you your grammar is good. You rarely make errors in your writing on here, and we look for poor English. I think taking online tests is fine. It’s a way to understand yourself better. I think I would not put great importance on the result. Perhaps you could view it lightheartedly. You could try anyway.
