What Factors Determine the Ideal DCI for Individual?

1 Answer

Answer :

Monitoring the daily calorie intake on a regular basis helps prevent chronic illnesses and manage weight. All individuals regardless of age or gender have a recommended daily caloric intake that they should work toward monitoring on a daily basis. Failure to do so can result in weight problems and other health conditions. There are a variety of factors that can influence the recommended calorie count for a person. The daily recommended calorie intake for men is 2500. For women, the amount is 2000. Women who are pregnant are given more latitude where calorie intake is concerned. For pregnant women in their third trimester, women are allowed an additional 500 calories. There may be variations in the daily calorie intake for individuals. Different people have different needs and energy levels
