Hair Follicles Can Be Restiumulated in Alopecia Treatment?

1 Answer

Answer :

Although alopecia suffers appear to have little or no hair, follicles in the scalp remain active, No single treatment will work in all cases, but several options are available. These include cortisone injections into bare skin to stimulate follicles, topical minoxidil applied twice daily and anthralin cream or ointment, also applied to bare skin. Minoxidil, applied twice daily, may also help regrow hair, but cortisone is often needed to augment this treatment.
