i have had my tubes cut and burned. i was wondering if it is possible to get pregnant artificially and carry the baby?

As long as your uterus is in good condition and you still ovaries that have viable(good) eggs, yes, you may get pregnant and carry the baby to term even if your tubes have been cut. The tubes are just passageways. After fertilization, the tubes have nothing to do with pregnancy.
