Adding one expensive ingredient, like a great blue cheese is also another way to impress your guests. This recipe is for a chopped salad with crumbled blue cheese and bacon.Directions:Chop 1 large cucumber, 2 carrots, 2 stalks of celery, 1 half onion and1 half of a tomato finely (it is helpful to first cut them in long sticks and then cut in the opposite direction to dice).Crumble 2 slices of cooked bacon and 3 tablespoons blue cheese on top.Pour vinaigrette (1/3 cup red **** vinegar and 1 ¼ cup olive oil) on right before serving, so salad does not become mushy.*Optional: Add chick peas, green beans and endive lea
