Where is the coolant temperature sending unit on a 1991 Chevy 4.3l?

Answer :

There is two coolant temp sensors. One for the temp gauge thathas one wire to it located on the drivers side head between two ofthe three spark plugs. The second second temp sensor sendsinformation to the ECM and has two wires to it and is located nextto the thermostat housing.
