The interviewer wants to know how you handle situations when you are not in a “good mood”. So be careful with your answer. Don’t just tell him a story when you lost your temper and ruined or spoiled everything.

Best answer:

I think, anger is when you lose your control, when you are not capable enough to make a sound judgment. So, you have to stop, step back, take a deep breath, keep calm, do not say anything until you feel your mind has come back. That’s when you should start formulating an action plan. That has been and will always be my approach to such a situation.
