Is intermittent fasting good for those with hypothyroidism?

1 Answer

Answer :

You will need hormone treatment and not intermittent fasting. This is just another "trend" on the diet world. Doctors recommend people to have a little something to eat every 3 hours. If you do that kind of fasting your body will think you will starve and will store fat inside, instead of burning it. Some people just barely eat anything and then think that it is the fasting that is helping, while they barely eat anything to begin with...no wonder they would get thin if they do not eat!
