It takes several hours - the broth is a shame idchidit´ ... Put the washed meat and bones in a pot, bring it to a boil quickly, let it boil for a few minutes and collect the foam (clotted blood). As soon as no more foam appears, salt, add spices (bay leaf, fresh spices - to taste) and slowly pull (cook at just below the boiling point) until the meat is soft. Depending on the meat (I usually make beef - bone slices) it takes about 4-8 hours. ;-)
