Or is it cooked separately and then everyone can have it as needed?

1 Answer

Answer :

No, noodles are cooked separately. This is for two reasons: A / The soup becomes cloudy after adding the noodles B / When everything is not eaten, the noodles "drink" the soup in the pot until the next day and get soggy, soak. :) Noodles need to be cooked separately, rinsed in salt water and rinsed on the sieve with running cold water, then they do not stick together. A teaspoon of oil can be added after pouring from the sieve into the bowl. They stick even less, but the oil slightly affects the taste of the soup.
