I received one very nice offer to buy a house. The problem is that there has been twice a flood. Do you think that the insurance company will insure the house in this area? It has already been heated twice. That's why selling so cheaply.

It does not insure, if it is very expensive, it can also put it in foreclosure, which means that it only insures the other elements. A distinction must be made between floods and inundations. Take into account that it will not only damage the house, but also the well. I wouldn't buy it either.
