I would say otherwise: It was a great test of the naivety of our nations. We felt like we were in a newly opened department store with opening promotional prices, but with half-empty wallets. We took advantage of these prices, bought everything that was in the stock, but the biggest profit was made by others, not us. It was the easiest way to voluntarily get rid of what gave us a profit. The for-profit remained in state administration. I probably don't have to talk about the consequences for most citizens of both countries anymore.
