Samsung GT-S5610 cannot be turned on after resetting

Hi, I have a Samsung GT-S5610 business phone and I need to return it to the company, so I reset it and after the phone showed me that it needs to be restarted, it can't be turned on. When I turn it on, the Samsung GT-S5610 screen flashes and nothing. When I connect it to a PC, whenever it flashes, it seems to disconnect and then automatically connects, and then it flashes again, disconnects, connects, flashes, etc. all the time. I can't handle it at all. Can anyone please advise me? Thank you.
