samsung galaxy s3 gt i9300 immediately after switching on, it locks on the locking surface and nothing goes wrong with it .. not even the three-button works, it also cuts

I really don't know what to do with what the repair or the price would be ... I don't understand the phones at all Thank you in advance

How long have you had your mobile? I have experience with Samsung that after about a year and a half it will get stuck. If this happens, it helps me remove the back cover with the battery for a while, then return the components and turn them on again. If the locking area remained on the display, I would take it for service, I have no idea.
