Hello, I looked for a mobile phone on the internet bazaar. I contacted the seller who answered me and we met, he handed me the cell phone and I paid for everything without any contract. After 3 days he wrote me that he needed a cell phone back because of his wife and that he would return my money. I need to know if he has the right to do so and I need to return his cell phone. Thank you, Jonakova

Answer :

No .... You have agreed with the mime, the agreement is the same as the agreement. You better pay the agreed amount for it, so you and the seller have no right to it, they don't even have the right to increase the price ... but you have the right to do that again, so if you paid for a mobile phone for example ..3000 CZK you can sell it to him for 3500: D If you want to keep it, keep it, it's up to you how you keep it. ☠ ☠ ☣ ☠ ☣ ☠ ☣ ☠ ☢
