Can I use Technical Alcohol on a plant that contains an ingredient that I then want to inhale? Is not it dangerous?

It is a component of course in the form of a liquid / later probably hard group. The point is that I don't know how good technical alcohol is, so if there is only alcohol and water = both evaporate. This one costs 50 CZK and consumables, which should be 100% edible, so the 250 CZK and that is a big difference for me. I think it should evaporate ... right? But even if it evaporates, won't something harmful remain there? Probably yes, but that's why I'm asking.

Technical alcohol is a very high quality alcohol, mostly reaching 98%, and denaturing components are added in it precisely so that it cannot be used internally.
