Hello, I am a 17 year old student and I live with my mother. The father pays alimony in the amount of 4000, -. It is stated everywhere that it is a child's money and my question is (since I can't see a crown of it) that I eat, I am entitled to at least some pocket money, because my mother refuses to pay me most things. 4000 CZK that your father pays are alimony that your mother uses for your food, clothes, school supplies and the like. He pays everything else from his paycheck, such as rent and housing costs, and a lot of other things that the 4,000 from his father won't cover. Try to ask her how much she pays and how much she pays you can live. She certainly doesn't have much left, so you don't get pocket money. You are not entitled to them, it is only up to your parents to give you something. When you are of legal age, then it is different. From the age of 18, your father should pay maintenance directly to you, you can make an appointment with your father. And tell your father about your pocket money before you reach adulthood, because you certainly cost your mother much more than your father.
