Yes, you are entitled. During the week, the working time is 40 hours (so 8 hours should be as overtime with surcharges, or the right to compensatory leave), while the mandatory leave is 35 hours a week (ie about 1.5 days). see Labor Code: § 79 Scheduled weekly working hours (1) The specified weekly working hours are 40 hours per week. § 83 The length of the shift may not exceed 12 hours. Continuous rest during the week § 92 (1) The employer is obliged to schedule working hours so that the employee has a continuous rest per week lasting at least 35 hours. The uninterrupted weekly rest of a juvenile employee may not be less than 48 hours. ZP
