In October, I lent my sister a hard drive and returned it to me. The repair took her until now and I want the drive back. I wrote her that she had time in a week. He protects that he has no money and that he wants the T-shirt she lent me to celebrate and I inadvertently destroyed it (about half a year ago). So I have to buy her the SAME and return all the money she put in me (even though at that moment she said something like "that's good, we won't make money"). I think I have the right to return the disc, but what about the T-shirt and the money? thank you for the advice
