How else is this, I don't know, it was still mandatory in 2014, I don't think it has changed since. Shortly after her birth, we received the referral from the nurse (issued by a pediatrician) and had to make an appointment with the local stt. He had to be taken away when he was six weeks old. I think they looked at how tied her hips were and how much she was raising her head.
