I've heard that quick-frozen foods are harmful. Is that true? Why is it harmful?

1 Answer

Answer :

It depends on what. Vegetables are not unhealthy, but fried cheese is. Basically, of course, everything is healthier fresh, before any cold or hot heat treatment. If you prefer, simmer and eat fresh vegetables and avoid cordon bleu and the like.
