Mushroom-Beef Ravioli with Croutons - servings 4
15 oz beef ravioli in tomato and meat sauce
1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1/4 cup croutons, crushed
1/2 cup low-fat Mozzarella cheese, shredded
In a mixing bowl, combine beef ravioli, mushrooms, onions, cheese, Italian seasoning, and salt. Mix well. Spread in a 1-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with croutons. Cover loosely and microwave until ravioli mixture is hot, five minutes.
