One-Dish Chicken and Rice Bake - serves 4
Preparation - 15 minutes, cooking time - 45 minutes.
1 can chicken soup
1 cup water
3/4 cup uncooked regular white rice
1/4 tsp paprika
4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
In a two-quart shallow baking dish, mix soup, water, rice, paprika and pepper.
Place chicken on top. Sprinkle with additional paprika and pepper. Cover.
Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
