There is no substitute for oil for hair nutrition. Many people do not want to put oil on their hair to make it sticky. This causes the biggest damage to the hair. The oil nourishes the hair from the roots and makes the hair silky and shiny . We usually use coconut oil , almond oil in the market. Ayurvedic oil is quite beneficial for hair. It prevents hair loss and makes hair shiny. 1. Ayurvedic Amla Oil 100 gm Amalki Powder 250 gm Pure Coconut Oil 4 liters of water Mix one third Amalki powder with water and boil. Keep stirring the mixture on low heat till the water is reduced to 1 liter. Now strain the water on a cotton cloth. Make a paste by mixing the remaining amalki powder with water. Now in a large bowl, mix the previously boiled amalki water with the amalki paste and coconut oil. Now let the pot boil in the oven. When it boils, remove it from the oven. Store in glass containers when cool. Use twice a week to get good results. 2. Tulsi Ayurvedic Oil New Tulsi leaves or Tulsi powder Pure coconut oil Water Fenugreek Mix a few Tulsi leaves or a few teaspoons of Tulsi leaves with powdered water to make a thick paste. If you use basil leaves, blend the basil leaves in a blender with water. Now mix 100 ml coconut oil with basil leaf paste and burn in the oven. Add some fenugreek. Remove after burning for a while. When it cools, store it in a glass jar. Massage this oil on the scalp twice a week. Then remove the shampoo. Tips: - Keep ayurvedic oil in a cool place. The oil can be lost in the heat of the sun because it does not use any chemical ingredients. Apply the oil lid very well after use. This oil will prevent your hair from falling out , will help new hair to grow. It will even make your lifeless hair look healthy.
