1. Fennel - Fennel works very well as a mouthwash. Put one teaspoon of fennel in the mouth after eating. It will not have bad breath , digestion will be better. If you have a bad smell in your mouth, take one teaspoon of fennel in a cup of hot water for 5-10 minutes and drink this water twice a day. 2. Cinnamon - Cinnamon contains cinnamic aldehydes. This essential oil helps to reduce bad breath and prevent bad breath. Boil one teaspoon of cinnamon powder in a cup of water and wash your face twice a day with that water. You can also mix bay leaves in this water. 3. Fenugreek - Fenugreek is infallible in curing any infection of the mouth. Boil a teaspoon of fenugreek in a cup of water and drink it once a day to get rid of bad breath. 4. Cloves - Leave a few cloves in the middle of the mouth. If you chew, clove juice will remove bad breath. Boil one teaspoon of cloves in one cup of water for 5 to 10 minutes. Eat this clove tea twice a day. 5. Parsley - Chlorophyll can prevent bad breath . Chew one or two parsley leaves and eat. You can also chew the leaves dipped in vinegar. Even if you drink the juice of this leaf, the bad smell will be reduced and digestion will be better. . Lemon juice- Mix one tablespoon of lemon juice and salt in one cup of water and wash your face. The mouth will not be dry , the stench will be removed. . Apple Cider Vinegar - Mix one tablespoon of vinegar in a glass of water and eat it before meals. It will improve digestion and will also reduce bad smell. Gargle with this water. . Baking soda - Mix half a teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of hot water, rinse well and wash your face. You will also benefit from brushing your teeth with baking soda. 9. Tea Tree Oil - Brush your teeth with toothpaste with Tea Tree Oil. Tea tree oil with any toothpaste when brushing teeth , Even if you mix peppermint oil or lemon oil, you will get benefits. 10. Tea - Tea acts as a very good antioxidant. Drinking tea or herbal tea without milk will get rid of bad breath.
