First of all the patient should try to find out from a friend or relative whether the patient has any disease or not. Such as diabetes , high blood pressure , epilepsy etc. and whether the patient was taking any medicine for any illness. This information is very important. Especially in case of diabetes , hypertension or epilepsy. Check if the patient is having trouble breathing . If the patient has any obstruction in the airway , such as the tongue moving backwards, release it. In this case push forward with any thumb of two jaws. Tilt the head to one side. Give artificial respiration if necessary. Do not eat anything in the mouth. If you have an artificial tooth , remove it and clean your face with a piece of cloth. Loosen the patient's clothes. Keep the patient warm. Lift the patient's legs up and place them below the head. However, this cannot be done to a patient with a head injury. The patient cannot be left alone. Clean the patient's excrement. If the patient has a convulsion, place something hard between the two rows of teeth , such as a spoon , so that the tongue does not bite. If you have a high fever, do cold sponging. Take regular measures in case of poisoning. If you have a head injury, apply a tight bandage to the wound to stop the bleeding. Do not intervene excessively in the wound.
