Acne scars are more difficult to get rid of than acne scars. Acne can be treated with natural ingredients and with the help of a doctor. But these stubborn acne scars remain. Don't want to go anywhere. But there is a saying , " Nothing is impossible." There is nothing impossible. Although it will take a little longer , it is possible to get rid of these scars gradually with the help of some natural ingredients with regular effort. These ingredients will act as a natural bleaching and permanently remove blemishes from your skin. Prevention is better than cure. So I must say to give up certain habits for the skin and create some good habits. 1. Keep your nails away from acne: Don't play with your acne. Leave it alone. Do not forget to put nails or pressure. Refrain from touching even if it is itchy. And if you use any medicine or anything to cure it , it must be done gently. 2. Stay away from sun exposure: Acne scars appear in sunlight. So try to keep yourself away from the sun. But there is no way out. So whenever you go out , you must apply sunscreen cream. And try to protect your skin from the sun rays with umbrella , hat , scarf , scarf etc. Natural Remedies for Acne: 1. Lemon: (a) Lemon is a natural bleach. Mix a little water with lemon juice and rub it on the face with the help of a cotton ball for 3-4 minutes. (B) If you have sensitive skin, mix rose water with it. If possible, you can mix 1 teaspoon of lemon juice with 2 teaspoons of e-capsule and apply it on the skin. Vitamin E capsules are very beneficial for the skin. You can also use the following face pack for 8-10 days continuously. Lemon Facepack: Mix 1 tablespoon lemon juice , 1 tablespoon honey , 1 tablespoon almond oil , 2 tablespoons milk together and apply on face. When dry, wash. Avoid using milk in case of acne. 2. Honey: (a) Before going to sleep at night, wash your face well and apply honey. Leave it overnight, wake up in the morning and wash it off. (B) Mix cinnamon powder with honey and apply it only on the spots and wash off after 1 hour. You can keep it overnight if you want. Honey Facepack: Make a face pack by mixing 2-3 aspirin tablets with 2 teaspoons of honey and 2-3 drops of water. Aspirin's salicylic acid is very helpful in removing acne scars. 3. Aloe vera gel: Apply aloe vera gel twice a day and wash off after 30 minutes. This will not only remove the acne scars , but also increase the radiance and tightness of your skin. 4. Baking soda: Mix 2 tablespoons of baking soda and a little water together and rub on the face for 2-3 minutes and wait a few minutes for it to dry. Then wash your face and apply moisturizer or olive oil on it. 5. Take some red tomato juice. Then mix it with cucumber juice. Apply this mixture on the face. Rinse after 10 minutes. Apply this pack 3 times a week. Acne scars will be removed as well as sunburn spots will be removed and the radiance of the skin will increase. All of the above ingredients are quite beneficial for removing skin blemishes.
