: The literal meaning of milling is the process of crushing or cutting with the help of crushing machine. This means that milling is the process of cutting the object with the help of a pressed rotating multi-toothed cutter. In a word, milling is the process of cutting with the help of multicolored cutting on an object. In the past, the word milling was used to refer to the action of the mill stone in ancient mills. At present the term milling basically refers to certain processes performed by milling machines. Gear cutting , surface finishing , facing are some of these processes.
