Rhubarb gone to seed.

1 Answer

Answer :

Yes you can still harvest and eat. Be careful not to pick to much as the roots are trying to nourish themselves for the next year. If you don't want the seeds for future plantings be sure to crop the flowering heads to prevent seed growth and encourage the spread of the plant from its root stock.
