Answer :

Can you pull that grass out.................this fall clean it all off................give it composted horse manure ph 5.5-7.0....you are going to need to test it before doing anything..........................add hay to cover it for the fall so that the freezing weather does not kill the roots.  Some people add mulch over the ground to keep the weeds from growing.
