no blooms on my hydrangea plants for 2 years. Why?

1 Answer

Answer :

Hydrangeas bloom on new wood.  You may have pruned all the new wood off too late for the branches to develop flower buds.  If you haven't pruned them this year don't prune them and see if they bloom next year.  Otherwise it may mean too much shade.
