When and where should i cut back the dead hydrangea blooms?

Answer :

You can cut the hydrangea blooms at any time.  After i cut them I hang them upaide down in the basement.  After drying i use them in arrangements.  Cut the plant down to about 12 inches from the ground in the late fall.  Good lluck.  Pat
