20 years ago ,I cut me Pee Gee hydrangea down,it has grown back ,but no blooms!

Answer :

go to lawn & garden center....they need special fertilizer.  It is probably too late for this year, but check the label for proper time to do that.

Last Answer : I just leave everything die back on it's own, I do not cut anything off. The stems gather light from the sun and send it to the bulb...........depends on where you live if you have to dig up the bulbs............or cover them with lots of mulch for the winter.........
