Mint keeps on growing and it moves around our house.  Take what you need............I wash it off good and then hang it to dry...........makes the house smell nice...........or you could use it fresh and make a pot of tea..............depends on how strong you like it.............I like it strong and then I let it get cold and make mint ice tea..........We like it as that is something that they don't sell in the store.
