It might be pot bound.  I would try the next size pot, change the soil to new vitamin inside mix......put stones in the bottom for good drainage.................test the ph...should be 6.0 to 7.5, the extra light mmight be drying it out...............my husband has 3 growing on his window sill, they are in afternoon light...............no extra light provided............Happy Spring!
