During an interview for a Management position in a poultry processing plant, I was asked to role-play with the plant manager. He had a broom in his hand and told me to instruct him to sweep the floor. When I did, he just looked at me and said "No". The ensuing awkwardness was just terrible. I got the job, but regret taking it to this day!
