answer:I’m also a night owl, but often have to change my schedule. I found that changing it on the weekend works the best. I simply don’t go to bed on Saturday night, so that by Sunday evening I’m pretty damn exhausted and in bed by 10pm or so. If you are doing it for personal reasons, I would really suggest not going to bed on Friday night, going to bed at a reasonable hour on Saturday night and by Sunday night you should have adjusted.
