Last Answer : If it is just stiffness and a little general soreness, it will help to work out as @noelleptc stated. If you are having localized soreness that intensifies as you workout, or a sharp pain you may have an injury that requires attention.

Last Answer : I do it and I love it. Not enough to help me slim down unfortunately but it does feel like a good workout! I think if you do it more than once a week it would help; I do other exercise, but Zumba only once a week.

Last Answer : It depends on if you stick to the program and make the lifestyle changes necessary for success. I've never tried it, but a good friend of mine has it and has lost weight with it. Last Answer : I don’t bother with supplements. Good abs come from a good balanced diet and the proper abdominal exercises. Farm work gives me all the abdominal exercise I need without specific workouts, but there are plenty of guides that will specify what kinds are good.

Last Answer : I think its better to do push ups in sets and you rest a little and then continue. I would probably think its good because if you try to do them just in one way, you would not reach as many as in sets.

Last Answer : You can still do upper body stuff. And also try isometrics. Be aware that the ankle could still be broken. I thought I had sprained mie a few years ago, and the doctors agreed. But it ... needed to immobilize the ankle completely for proper healing. It took cat scans to find the hairline fracture.

Last Answer : Umm. I do about 300 a day.. All at once, and then stretch at night. I've been doing it for a month and already seeing a bit of improvement. Last Answer : When I actually workout, I do so every week day. But I mostly only do cardio. Back when I was an athlete, we had 1 maybe 2 days to rest on the weekends.
