answer:you will probably have to work out for a while… You do not just instantly get muscles. If you work out once or twice it won’t get you bigger. It is consistently working out that does the trick. You don’t even have to do it for that long. I lift weights before I go to bed everynight for like 10 mins and usually I can do more everynight but I haven’t seen any appearance changes… Dont take steroids! There bad for your health…
