I believe they will lead to the complete totalitarian control of all humans and merchandise. There could be many advantages to RFID technology. If you check out Verichip’s website, you can see a lot of the developments into this product, such as the implantable glucose sensor and now even the biological illness sensor. RFID will also help develop a digital “Health Vault” developed by Microsoft, which will keep the health records of all individuals, which can be read by doctors by using a bluetooth scanner to scan the chip. My theory is that RFID will be mandatory for universal health care. As I have been saying for many years(just read my posts on ask-public alone for the past two years), RFID will also lead us into a cashless society, where all transactions are done through RFID. When our economy collapses completely, but we already have chips for health care, why not implement money into it? I believe if used properly, RFID can be very beneficial. But with the way things are moving into an age of fear, it would be much more like 1984 than 2009.
